My stay here was delightful! The cozy ambiance, paired with quirky decor, created a charming atmosphere. The friendly staff were welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. Enjoying breakfast outdoors was a highlight. Future guests should definitely take advantage of the hot tub for a relaxing evening under the stars!

The breakfast each morning was so tasty and really filled us up! The only downside was the older towels that could use a refresh, but it didn't ruin our great experience. 😊

Unfortunately, the outdoor maintenance was lacking, and it was disheartening that accessing the creek advertised wasn’t possible. Overall experience was mixed, with wonderful food overshadowed by some upkeep issues.

after staying here for 5 nights, I can confidently say that the hosts were fantastic and even offered great tips on exploring taos, while we enjoyed strolls to the nearby kit carson park, just over 2 km away, and taos plaza, a lovely walk of around 2 km.

The Inn On The Rio provided a charming stay with a Southwest vibe. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the hosts, Jules and Robert, were incredibly welcoming and attentive. I particularly enjoyed the delicious homemade breakfast that included freshly made egg dishes and treats like their famous homemade bread. The property was well-maintained and had a pleasant hot tub for relaxation.

There was no mini-fridge in the room, which would have been helpful.

Room was cozy and clean, really reflected the New Mexico vibe. The decor was charming and added a nice touch. Bathroom was decent but could use a little modernizing. Overall, it had a warm feel, but I wouldn’t call it luxurious.

The room was cozy with a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV. Breakfast had homemade quiche and fresh fruit. The hot tub was nice for relaxing after skiing. Easy parking right outside, which was super convenient. Loved the friendly atmosphere and local decor throughout the property.

I adored the charming decor, which reflected New Mexico culture beautifully and made the Inn feel warm and welcoming. Additionally, the easy parking right in front of the room was very convenient for someone like me.

A mini-fridge would be helpful for seniors.
